Currently, our company has developed a comprehensive portfolio of BLDC motor products that covers a wide range of small household appliances, including residential air conditioners, central air conditioning systems, dehumidifiers, fresh-air ventilation systems, total heat exchangers, and electric fans, thereby providing diverse products and solutions to drive the industry’s move toward greater intelligence.
Currently, leveraging our deep technical expertise and continuous R&D innovation, our company has successfully established a comprehensive product portfolio of BLDC (brushless DC) motors. This product line spans a wide range of applications: it not only fully meets the core drive requirements of household air conditioners but also extends to high-efficiency, energy-saving modules for central air-conditioning systems, providing stable and reliable operation for large commercial facilities. In addition, for humidity-control applications, our motors are deeply integrated into dehumidifiers, delivering efficient dehumidification through precise speed control; in the fresh-air system sector, low-noise, high-efficiency motor designs help create a healthy and comfortable indoor air environment. Furthermore, niche home-appliance markets such as total heat exchangers and electric fans also widely adopt our BLDC motors, achieving full-scenario coverage from large air-conditioning units to small household appliances. To meet the industry trend toward intelligent upgrades, we not only offer standardized motor products but also develop customized smart solutions tailored to different application scenarios. For example, by integrating sensors and intelligent control modules, we enable real-time synchronization between motor speed and equipment operating status; or by incorporating IoT technology, we build remote monitoring and fault-warning systems, helping customers improve equipment operation and maintenance efficiency. This “hardware-plus-software” collaborative model effectively drives the home-appliance industry’s transformation toward intelligence and energy efficiency. In terms of product specifications, we have constructed a multi-dimensional parameter matrix: motor power ranges from 10 W to 250 W, covering both low-power applications like electric fans and heavy-load scenarios such as central-air-conditioning compressors; the voltage system includes three major standards—DC 24 V, DC 48 V, and DC 310 V—ensuring compatibility with various power-input requirements. Through a modular design approach, the same power range can be configured into multiple mounting sizes and interface types, resulting in over 50 product models today and establishing an industry-leading level of specification completeness. This product strategy of “full-power coverage + multi-voltage adaptation + customized development” enables our BLDC motor series to precisely match the differentiated needs of various home-appliance devices, continuously providing core driving force for the industry’s intelligent upgrade.
